However, the elastic one is super fragile and broke without much force when it got stuck on things. I had to attempt to catch my car in mid air after it blew through the shutdown area.

Got these for my sons car (won first place in group and first place in all groups)These weights were just about the exact weight I needed. Just added .2 oz of putty, and it was dead on 5.0 oz. Car turned out great!!

These tungsten weights were perfect for installing in my kid' pinewood derby cars. They got the car weight right under 5 oz, and the cars performed very well. They weights are all a consistent diameter, and they were easily installed in the cars. I will definitely be buying these again for next year' derby race.

Got turned on to Tungsten several years ago while helping my kids build their Awana Pine Derby cars.We've been bringing home trophies every year since.Proper placement, of course, is key.Protip: use 3/8 forstner bits and tape weights in with aluminum tape.After race, you can re-use weights indefinitely with this method.

Exactly as described. Carving a pocket for the weights was the hardest part. C of G was just in front of the rear axle. Car weighed in at 5.0 ounces. This product got me exactly where I needed to be.

I used 2 of these to replace defective 9v battery clips inside Fan remote controls. The fan remote that came with a controller as well as a replacement remote for it both had faulty wire connectors going to the 9v battery. I just took the board out and soldered a replacement connect on there from this 10pk here, and wow the remotes now work great. These are very good sturdy battery connectors and wires. Attached is a picture of the replacement battery connectors as they came in a zip lock bag fo
